My girlfriends threw my bachelorette party at Bella last month and we had an absolute blast! The service was amazing. Our server was so attentive, not to mention attractive. The food was delicious and I will definately return. Thanks Bella Lounge for making my special day successful!

This place was horrible. My twin sister and I planned a dinner for 10 for our b-day. The service was horrible. We weren't seated for about an hour. Some of the party arrived late. But those who were on time should have been given the option to sit at the table and even order. After two hours of waiting for our table, we waited 1 1/2 hours for our food. The waiter never asked checked on us. Three of our guest had to return their food because it was cold. While we were waiting for our food, it was sitting there getting cold. The hostess were not polite. I could go on and on. I mean on and on. But I will leave it at that. Bella is not the spot to be. Never will return or recommend it to anyone. The place is only concerned about you spending your money, not if you are enjoying yourself.

I attended Bella only once.My party and I had reservations, but still ended up waiting over an hour for our table. When we finally got seated our table received an apology, one round of complimentary drinks and two appetizers for having to wait so long.After eating the food I have to admit that it was worth the wait! And the comps we received were much more than we expected.Although Bella started out with a bad impression, the staff quickly recovered and we left satisfied and would definitely return.

This place definitely is just the wrong choice of all the great places you could visit in Chicago. The owner is obviously cutting corners when the only toilet in the place overflows onto guests not only once but twice within an hour. We had a horrible experience. NEVER WILL RETURN.

extremley classy and elegant. Are the words that best describe Bella lounge. I was most taken by the food and service I recieved. I would recommend, this lounge to anyone whos looking for great place to go in a classy atmosphere.

Ana, I hope you are not the bartender @Bella - or that Todd has not bribed you to write a good review about a bad project. Bella is done. Yes, it is "hotter" than ever, litterally, because the AC does not work. The only reason anyone would ever wanna go here is to blow money away or for nostalgic reasons. Go to Fulton Lounge, Try Enclave or Hotel Victor.

Alright first of all, Bella is not "done," as some previous reviewers have claimed - it's hotter than ever!! I live in the Gold Coast, and Bella has been and continues to be our favorite place for dinner/drinks in the area. I think many people would agree!! Hey "Pete," if you thought Bella was so bad and obnoxious, then why are you admitting you'll go back? Hmmm... Yes, it gets crowded at Bella, but that's because it's a popular bar and lots of people want to go there!! Go early, for dinner, to avoid lines/crowds. Great food, love the martinis, excellent as a place to start or to end the evening! We have always enjoyed good service there, and they play a variety of music for all tastes.

I visited sometime back in February and I had a good time. Went back this past Friday and had a horrible experience. Rude staff, broken air-conditioning, slow bartenders. Will not return.

Bella is so yesterday. Nobody goes there any more. It is done! Spend your money elsewhere....try the Y-bar, or Fulton Lounge.

Where do I start? This place is DONE! Air conditioning does not work, the drinks are watered down, they always try to overcharge you, management is disorganized, the crowd is stuck up, and the music is horrible! Spend your money where it will be appreciated. Todd, when you start cutting corners, people notice, and they never come back. I will come back to Bella, but I will not spend a dime of my money!
