Byron's is THE BEST.. I have them shipped to me when I am pregnant since I crave them. I think Bob is silly if he does not know a good hot dog when he sees one! They even had Green River- Yum-O!

Probably the most overrated hot dog place in chicago.I ate at their irving park place in the early 1980s and could not belive that the fries were so bad and that the hot dog tasted so undercooked.I guess what people like about this place is the fact that you can have a ton of lettuce put on top of a very crappy hot dog. I guess this pleases the young trend setters but the dog was very tasteless and im sure very very cheap for the owners to make.I recently ate at their lawence location as was greeted by very unfriendly clerks and got the same kind of dog but this time my order was loaded up with a very large order of very tasteless fries (kinda reminded me of the tasteless fries that i got there in the early 1980s).IF you want a very over priced hot tasteless hot dog with a large order or lettuce and tastless fries and if you do not mind paying top dollar then this is the place for you.I will never never go back there.

I went there late one night recently. The staff was very friendly, and the dogs were good.
