My caprese salad was delicious and my friends raved about the pizza. The we saw a cockroach hanging out on a chair by the window.

I had a very different experience than the previous reviewer. The staff was friendly and jovial, making me feel comfortable since it took me some time to decide while standing at the counter gazing at their giant menu. I chose the chicken vesuvio sandwich and a salad. The sandwhich was absolutely delicous and even had fresh mozzarella. Yum. I recommend this place to anyone just looking for a casual and fulfilling lunch or quick dinner. And besides, mistakes DO happen.

Pretty good pizza and sandwiches, but HORRIBLE service.
They burned my first pizza and didn't bother to tell me. After a long wait to get the replacement pizza, I inquired about a discount for the inconveince. They didn't think it was justified because "mistakes happen."
