After 8 months of belly dance lessons with Stephanie, I have so much more energy and flexibility. Greatly helped my posture and strength. Plus it is so much fun! It's a drop in class with women (only) with different levels of experience. You will love it!

The relaxed and comfortable atmosphere of Stellaria Natural Health made me feel extremely comfortable. The practioners are all experienced and very helpful. I would recommend it for anyone- especially those who are new to Naturopathic medicine.

I loved my experience at Stellaria Natural Health. The women who run the place are amazing. My allergies are so much better and I really felt cared for. I highly recommend the classes too!
