Socca is one of the best dinner spots hands down. My girl friends and I went here last Sat night and had a great time. We’re a group of picky eaters, but there was something for everyone on the menu. I had the caprese salad and pork chop – delicious! My friends had pizzettes and the seafood pasta and they were all very satisfied. This place is laidback, but classy and intimate, and the servers are attentive and friendly and gave us some great wine suggestions. Reasonably priced and great food, I’ll be going back next week!

Can't say enough good things about this place. We've been three times now and have enjoyed a new menu each time. The pork chop is out of this world. The girlfriend loved the whitefish. Waiter was very helpful and timed everything perfectly. We like doing dessert in the bar. Love the scene as Socca seems to cater to a wide spectrum of devotees. We'll return--often!

This was one of the best meals I have had all year. The service was exceptional and the scene was better than any. Need to control the noise a bit but everything else made up for it.

we ate a socca on friday night and we have found our new neighborhood spot. This place rocks, good food, comfortable room, a bit noisy but our server made us aware that the owners are adresing the issue, our server needed a bit more polish, she was sweet, but I felt she was just going through the motions.

I went to Socca on the 14th and I thought it was great overall. I am a picky eater but I found a couple of things I was dying to try. The atmosphere was fun, and our service was incredible. I am actually taking my family there this weekend when they visit! :)

I live a block away and hoped it would be a great place to eat often. We ate there last week (July 2005) and it was very mediocre for the price. We spent $110 for a shared appetizer of mussels (rather cold, lots of tomatoes and the sauce was below average), wine (we tried 2 different glasses and they were horrible - settled on a bottle of Pinot Grigio - how can you go wrong there?), a whitefish special that was bland with more tomatoes, pasta with seafood - again bland with more and more tomatoes. The best item was a salad with walnuts and pears. Our server was very nice but I believe she had very limited wine and food knowledge. Unfortunately, I doubt we will return.
