I have worked in the service industry for years in the city. I know good food and wine. Frankly... this restaurant has me shocked... how can a place THIS GOOD go without as much buisness as they deserve while other suburban franchise offerings are making a killing. The food here is outstanding! The service and room is quite good and more importantly, this is one of the few places to get a decent glass of wine in the area... their French wine list is great and their food rises to the occasion. ... Prices are amazingly reasonable and my mind still can't wrap itself around why this restaurant doesn't have lines out the door.

Bistro Maisonette is the PERFECT restaurant, it's very inviting, and the food is perfect. The prices are reasonable, the service is outstanding, and the creme brulee is better than it is in Paris! There are great menu selections, the wine list has got so many choices, and the desserts are a must! I would reccomend it to everyone! Stop by asap, I can't wait to go back.

What a terrific restaurant. Wonderful wine choices and the food is sooo good. Compares to much more expensive restaurants. Chef/owner has cooked at many fine restaurants.

I've never written a review before...until now. To find a place like Bistro Maisonette only a few minutes from home... what a gem!! Dining at its finest, savoring courses full in size yet so delicious that there are no leftovers! Reasonably priced, excellent and friendly service, large wine selection, all in a casual atmosphere. While almost bursting at the seams, it seemed blasphemic not to order dessert. The Napoleon with blueberries and strawberries was the perfect finish. First time customers, but not the last time! We will be back... with friends and family.

French with a hint of Italian. I couldn't have been more pleased. The fare was devine and the prices were within reason. Everything from the osso bucco to duck to the profiteroles far exceeded my expectations. Service was delightful, and there was a great selection of wine. Find this little gem before everyone else does.
