I am writing to post a complaint of racial discrimination against Broadway Costumes, Inc. On 10/30 a Caucasian female (melinda?)wearing an orange dress w/purple tights was rude and demeaning. And I truly believe this employee’s behavior was based on my race. She made faces while taking my measurements. She used the term “you people.” And she only provided me dirty and torn merchandise. She ignored my request, refused to give her name, and neglected to contact management when I complained about her customer service.The female employee’s behaviors were rude, offensive, and especially degrading. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.This type of behavior is totally unacceptable. I find it disheartening that such ignorant people work in retail offending and degrading others.
