I want to say that the anti-cruetly society is CRUEL!!!! I had a cat that I needed to give away. She was a nice cat once she was comfortable around you. They came to pick her up on June 19, 2006. They euthanized her June 19, 2006. They said she was biting. But seriously, she is a cat and I'm sure she was scared out of her mind!! Couldn't they give her a few days to adjust before throwing her away?????? She was a healthy cat, did not have rabies or any diseases that would force them to put her down. I am very upset with these people and I would definitely advise someone to think twice before giving their animal to them!!
