I dined at Custom House on Tuesday with my sisters-in-law for my birthday and the experience was mediocre at best from beginning to end. We waited almost 15 miutes before we were asked for our drink order and then it took an additional 20 minutes between receiving our wine and our first course. The first course salads and risotto were good, not great and the beef we had was flavorless and fatty. The atmosphere was very nice but hardly made up for the poor service and average food.
