Here is the scoop with this terrible excuse for a bar and a business. I used to go to this place all the time because they had $1 Beers. I was there tonight for a promotional thing for a friend of mine, and I will never be going back to this horrifying establishment
This bar has no style. The floors are always dirty, the bathrooms are beyond disgusting, and the general cleanliness of the bar is nauseating.
The last few times I have gone there, the owner (if you can really call him an business owner) is behind the bar. He has no people skills. He comes of as very rude.
If I could give negative stars for this establishment, I would, however since I cannot, I give it 1 star. DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR EVER!

Pros: guaranteed cheap night out, lots of boys Cons: low class compared to other Lincoln Park places, lots of BOYS (not enough men), bouncers are racist
Don't be surprised to find your 19yo sister and her DePaul friends hanging out in the back room, as I did. Also, the bouncers clearly have an agenda of limiting the number of non-whites here.

If you're looking for a less expensive alternative for a night out in Lincoln Park, there's another option. Chi-Town Tap, a simple sports saloon with hardwood floors and large screen TVs, features daily drink and dinner specials. Menu highlights include margaritas and quesadillas (Tuesday), steak sandwiches with Jack Daniel's drinks (Thursday), and burgers and Jager bombs (Saturday). The post-collegiate bar is also an ideal jumping-off spot for those looking for late-night action nearby. Groups of friends can meet here over beers and burgers, then head a few doors down to Deja Vu to get their groove on the dance floor.

Was one of the best burgers I have had in years and enjoyed watching the game on the big screen in the backroom.
NOTICE: This is NOT the OFFICIAL Chi-Town Tap website. These reviews are a forum for opinions about the venue that other Centerstage Chicago users may want to know, not to order merchandise, apply for a job, etc.
