I have had the pleasure of visiting the rather quaint and marvelous shop on Halsted near my home. I admit I was quite surprised by the selections and available prices offered. The pouring at all hours of the day is a plus and the store host "Erica" was extremely helpful and courteous. Wines and spirits can be unintentionally confusing in making proper choices but have no fear, LUSH's host is quite the expert and is more than willing to lend a hand. The microbrew selections are top notch from Belgium and many other regions. With a good mixture of old and new spirits, I was bound to find something for my LUSH appetite weekly.
I especially love having my prior purchases logged by the store for future visits without scrounging for receipts or notes on bits of paper. With reasonable prices to match your unique flavors, LUSH is a MUST to visit if you are in the University Village neighborhood.
