We have been going to the Celtic Knot for about two years now, we usually go about every other month. If you live in Evanston and want to find a pleasant place to wind down and enjoy a pint or cider accompanied with good food, you must try the Knot. The service is great, the staff that the Celtic Knot has chosen is a great asset to their formula. Good food, comfortable seating and top notch live music make the Celtic Knot a gem in Evanston. We want to thank the Knot for giving us a great place to go and enjoy friends and food.

This place has the BEST Guiness on tap I've ever had. Top it off with a round of Bangs and Mash and I guarantee it's the best meal you'll have.

I ate at the celtic knot for the first time last wednesday and still want to vomit when somebody mentions the word hamburger. I had the stilton burger for lunch and found the whole experience to be completely disgusting. First, the waiter was not only rude, but also slow and forgetful. The burger itself was not done at all, and the fries were also undercooked.
