I tried Papa Lena's Bodadcious Beet Chips (along with the fabulous Romano/red pepper dip) at a demo yesterday. FANTASTIC! The chips are made with Michigan sugar beets; oven roasted with olive oil and sea salt. Even if you THOUGHT you didn't like beets, these will knock your socks off! I'm looking forward to trying their other products, such as poplano pepper chips and sweet potato chips. YUM!
