The Chambers is a fabulous place located in Niles, Illinois. The food is delicious and the service is superb. There is entertainment on the weekends and on selected Sunday evenings you can hear the wonderful music of vocalist, Connie Marshall and pianist, Johnny Gabor from 5pm to 9pm. Everything is great about The Chambers in Niles, Illinois

For an amazing evening of true piano bar magic, see Buddy Charles at Chambers on Tuesday or Wednesday nights, 7:30 to 11:00. It's no exaggeration to say that Buddy is a music legend in the Chicago night club scene. His decades of performances at the late, lamented Acorn on Oak were a late night must. Today the forever young octogenarian has lost none of his wit, chops or prodigious memory of thousands of songs. You won't hear anything very new, with the possible exception of a recent Broadway tune. Instead it's standards, -Duke, Gershwin, Sondheim,Loesser, Combdon and Green, B'way, and a mind boggling collection of obscure hilarious, sophisticated songs by the likes of Noel Coward and that old standby Annon.

On most Tuesdays, friends of Buddy's will drop in and sit in. Professionals all, the range of talent is amazing, from blues to opera.

    Don't miss it.

Jerry Owings is to the piano what Rembrandt was to the painted canvas.

It doesn't take long before you notice the skillful playing that can only come from many years of practice and a devoted passion to music.

If you just want to enjoy the journey of a good song strictly on the superficial level his renditions allow it or if you’re more interested in a unique and intellectual approach to familiar music, his playing will inspire you.

On some nights you can catch my Uncle Dave or as we like to call him "Heavy D" playing with my Dad. He plays a mean drum and his sense of rhythm is exquisite.

To say Jerry Owings was currently at his peak would be an understatement. If you want to experience a truly gifted artist with the ability to move your spirit you should drop in some night and listen to him play, I promise you will not be disappointed.

For many years my Father has given the gift of music to the people of Chicago and only asked in return that they simply listen. And for more than 40 years they have. Thanks Dad for making the world a brighter place.

I have never seen Jerry play at Chambers, but I heard him tickling the ivory plenty when growing up... to hear his music is a must. I love you dad.

Everyone should check out Jerry Owings who plays piano frequently at Chambers. He is one of the most talented people I have ever heard.
