we had our daughters wedding on october 27,2006 at chandlers. we had approx 200 people. from the time we booked the room 1 year prior, until the time of the wedding it ran very smoothly. we worked with kathy kouri and she was amazing ! whatever we asked for she took care of it! on the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly!we got nothing but tons of complements from the way the hall looked, the food, the atmosphere, the martini bar, and the chocolate fountain. I highly recommend chandlers!!!! the restaurant also has great food!!!!

Kim was great to work with. My wedding was absolutely beatiful and I had no headaches when it came to my reception. Everything was set up just the right way. My husband, my family, and I would definitely recommend Chandler's and Kim's services.

As soon as we walked through the door to the banquet offices - Kim says "O did I have an appointment with you"? Come on - the appointment had been set up 4 days in advance. She acted as if we were bothering her. She did not go out of her way to help out with menus or should I say ideas that might help our holiday party. I thought her attitude stunk. She should have been catering to us considering we were thinking of having our party here. She seemed in a hurry to get rid of us so as we sat down and thought about the whole thing we have decided not to do any business with this type of person knowing she might not be trust worthly.

Not good people to do business with. Very shady, lie, and will not do what they promise. I would NOT recommend them at all. Beware of them, very untrustworthy people there. Especially the Banquet Manager Kim, she has lied to us and I will not go back there.
