The blues isn't dead, but it is Under the Gun. Checked out SL and Under the Gun CD 'Everything's Gonna Be Alright'. Thanks for the tip. Spectacular blues - great stylistic variety.

My word! A true blues revelation. I just caught Sharon Lewis' new CD 'Everything's Gonna Be Alright' now available on Sleeping Dog Records (http://www.sleepingDogRecords.com). It has it all. Blues in every style with intense backing and huge vocals. The best blues record I've heard in years.

I saw her get on stage at Buddy Guy's Legends with Son Seals. She has some set of lungs, good god! She was awsome, she made a fan out of me. She was very nice to talk to as well.
