Northwest Suburban restaurant is the lone survivor of Don Roth's 30-year mini restaurant empire. The great outdoor dining area, which includes wrought-iron furniture, fountains and lots of flowers, makes the place, especially under the stars. Also worth noting are the nifty spinning salad bowl, the good steak and the Boston scrod.
