If you're looking for a cop or a really big donut, look no further. The parking lot of this pink neon-lit, diner-style restaurant casts its light on a fleet of police interceptors nightly. The cops come for the Texas-size donuts. These glazed and sugared gems are so big they'll leave similarly shaped love handles on you before too long. If you want to accelerate the process, you can order up Huck Finn's signature sundae, the Donut Delight, which features your choice of gigantic donut, a pint-size scoop of ice cream and a mountain of whipped cream.
Huck Finn also caters to the post-Sunday mass set, offering up a hearty Becky Thatcher breakfast, your basic affair of two eggs, two of every breakfast meat and pancakes. There's also no shortage of average diner fare, from mini skyscraper-tall clubs to that stalwart classic, liver and onions (really, does anyone order this anymore?). The comfy booths offer respite and an endless cup of coffee if you just want to kick back for a late-night gabfest.
