The Noodle might have been better named "Pho," as the heady broth that's essentially the national soup of Vietnam is essentially what it serves. Try the
pho tai (steak) or the
pho bo vien (meatball) if you're a beginner, or go a bit more daring with the
pho tai nam (sliced steak and well-done flank) and
pho nam gan sach (well-done flank with soft tendon and bible tripe). With a large bowl of pho costing $6.95, it won't break the bank to tack on a smoothie (go for lychee).
