Although El Famous Burrito just a few blocks north of here may be better known (especially among late-night college party-goers from Northwestern and Loyola), Taqueria Hernandez has the best service, food and prices of any Taqueria in Rogers Park. Expect superb and cheap tacos, tortas and burritos.
