Making its first foray into the city, this family owned Brazilian chain took its serving philosophy from the Texas cowboy. The dozen or so different seasoned meats are cooked to perfection over open flame grill and served on long skewers. For a fixed price of $47.99 a person you can have your pick of dinner any way you want (vegetarian meals are $29.99).
The menu includes a wide range of homemade salads, seafood, hot plates and cheeses. And for those who prefer a cocktail with their red meat, fear not. The restaurant operates a full bar in the front, and offers two floors of dining experience with defused night lighting, a luscious rich burgundy interior, and a dual-level wine room, which regularly features wine "angels," girls who fetch your bottle while twirling around in the air (there's a harness involved).
Unlike the Schaumburg location (the only other TdeB in Illinois), there is a sushi chef who prepares a special each night right in front of your eyes. The award-winning wine menu suits anyone's budget, starting at $7 a glass and going up to $300. Beverages and desserts are extra, but children under 12 are half price.
