Small worlds, big nightmares. Martin McDonagh's black comedy, about a disabled kid who's the pariah of a tiny Irish island town, is deliciously twisted, with surprising plotting and horrifying results. Kimberly Senior, who helmed Redtwist's superb production of McDonagh's "The Pillowman," directs inside that theatrer's physically cozy (but emotionally intense) living room-sized space.
