Twice the passion! Twice the laughter! Twice the fun! This June, Chicago Folks Operetta presents not one, but two undisputed masterpieces of operetta: Emmerich Kálmán’s The Circus Princess and Eduard Künneke’s The Cousin from Nowhere. Both of these unforgettable shows at Chicago’s Chopin Theatre June 8 to July 1. See the company that brought you “The Rose of Stambul” and “Arizona Lady”. The Circus Princess features wonderful singing, thrilling circus acts and gorgeous music! The Cousin from Nowhere is a hilarious, screwball comedy full of mistaken identity, quirky characters, waltzes, fox trots and even a tango. Both shows are fully staged with orchestra and sung in English. You’ll never forget the music.
