Immigrants' true stories remounted for one-night only.

One of the persistent beauties of our Chicago theater scene is the way massive institutions adopt small, scruffy storefront operations, allowing them to strut their stuff in lux downtown venues. Perhaps the youngest puppy on display in the Goodman's Latino Theatre Festival is the Albany Park Theatre Project, a non-profit that focuses on educating and inspiring teens. It also happens to make heart-rending, meaningful, well-reviewed plays. Catch "Aqui Estoy," an evening of theater pieces based on true immigrant stories, this Tuesday. Don't blink; it's only on for one night.
