This short play festival put on by Tympanic Theater includes: "The Elf King" by Susan Myburgh, (A dark fairytale that shows the consequences of parents who don’t pay attention to their sick children), "Folkfire" by Dan Caffrey and Dan Pfleegor (In the wake of a deadly forest fire, two American legends meet up to settle old scores), "The Great Black Vulture" by Josh Mikel (Two castaways talk about death and meet their unlikely maker), "May Is A Special Time Of Year" by Rob Matsushita (Two government assassins talk about romance in the middle of what may be their last job), "Night Vision" by S.L. Daniels (A prostitute gains the ability to tell her customers what kind of movie monster they are), "Northstar Navigation" by Mick Greco (A pair of two bit thieves are aided by their GPS in a robbery gone wrong), "Personal Apocalypse" by Bob Fisher (A low level employee is interrogated about a vague mental breakdown), and "Zachary Zwillinger Eats People" by Lauren D. Yee (A well-meaning romantic copes with the fact that he eats every woman he loves).
