This show features signature works from Latin Fire and Jubilation. Featued pieces include “The Trinity of Joann," inspired by the true story of a local HIV-positive Latina, Joann Montes, and “Corner Sketches A Tribute to Miles Davis” which blends different periods and styles of Davis's music to honor his influence on American music. Audiences are invited to join CRDT for a post-party at Cooper's (1232 W Belmont Avenue.) Cover is $10, and includes two wine/beer tickets and appetizers. A cash bar will be available. Cooper's is also offering free parking for Dance Chicago patrons who join them for dinner before Theatre Building Chicago performances.
