Show Details

The Playground Theater and GRAFITTI Productions present its newest show which replaces The Playground's long-running show O.I.N.K. The King of THE HILL (or host) in August is BOOM BOOM WASHINGTON. BOOM BOOM uses music to manipulate character and set scenes into a spiraling dizzy direction. Each month a new KING (host) will be crowned based on the power of their comedic reign. The show will feature a fast paced mix of Sketch, Standup, Video and Musical Comedy. Groups and performers lined up for August include: MARIA, the hard-charging, all-Latina improv group; Shootin the Shit with EJ; Kellen Alexander; BS, featuring Rob Belushi; videos from Paul Thomas (www.bigheadpaul.com); and so much more.
