Take your pick from a lineup that ranges from introductory courses and conditioning to Spanish Web and an intriguing combo called "Ropes, Harnesses and Bungees!" Most weekday classes take place in the evenings after 6 p.m. Some classes require prerequisite beginner courses, and all students are required to pay a $30 annual membership fee.
For those just testing the waters, Aloft Loft offers a variety of fun workshops like Four Days of Hula Hooping with Aussie champ Lizzy Gifford ($125) and Two-Day Beginning Trapeze ($65). Give it a shot … according to the regulars, learn to fly once and you'll never look down again.
