This large theater (seats, 1,900) was built in 1930. It was the first movie theater in Chicago exclusively built for 'talkies' and special attention was given to the acoustics.

The 3,000-square-foot lobby was recently remodeled, and features a 50-foot full bar, three-story atrium, sweeping grand staircase to the second floor balcony, and antique chandeliers. The Center also offers classrooms, meeting rooms, and a 118 person banquet room with bar and kitchen on the third floor.
