| Rob Federighi began his career in television and film production in Los Angeles, working for several production companies. Mr. Federighi quickly worked his way up the ladder taking on responsibilities such as Location Manager, Field Recruiter, Camera Assistant, Technical Assistant and Assistant Producer for a variety of projects on networks including NBC, CBS, UPN, BRAVO and the Independent Film Channel (IFC).
During this time, Mr. Federighi wrote original television show concepts and movie scripts. One original concept was so well received, Mr. Federighi signed a deal with Shapiro Productions (creator of Big Brother) and was represented by Creative Artists Agency in its attempts to sell the show to a network. Although that particular show has not yet sold, it has opened many doors to programming executives in Hollywood for Mr. Federighi.
Mr. Federighi started Lucca Productions to focus on his own original concepts. Since its inception, Lucca Productions has completed the filming of a pilot for an original television show which was pitched to NBC and Spike TV; an independent film called “Holm Away From Home”, set to release Summer of 2006; “Highwood Bowl”, a sitcom pilot for a new Chicago cable show; and is currently in production on another pilot for a game show and a documentary for the StreetWise Organization.
