This is a collective of several different not-for-profit Asian-American themed companies operating in the Chicago area (and in some cases nationwide.) The council was formed to help these diverse voices in the Chicago theatre community be heard more clearly, as well as to help better involve the Asian communities of the city in the arts. Members include Silk Road Theatre Project, Pintig Cultural Group, Tea Company, Stir-Friday Night!, Mango Group, and Rasaka Theatre Company.
