Edgy ImprovOlympic-spawned improv troupe has their own show, once a week on Comedy Central following the network's hit "South Park." The bizzare foursome met in Chicago in the early '90s drawn by the allure of Second City, and became interested in the intricate improvisational techniques of ImprovOlympic and then Annoyance Theatre before moving to the Big Apple in 1996. The show debuted in August '98. In an interview with Chicago Magazine, cast member Ian Roberts says, "We try to do things where people can't just go, 'Ha! That's funny!' They kind of go, 'Ooo! That's almost not funny!'"
