Who's Who Chicago: Centerstage People
Kate Rockwood
Personal Website: http://www.katerock.com
Writer Kate Rockwood.
As a freelance writer living in Andersonville, Kate Rockwood spends entirely too much of her day reading design blogs and baking pies. She's traveled by car to 47 states and spent the autumn after college picking grapes and olives and (briefly) slaughtering chicken on a farm in Italy.

Her interests tend toward the hyper-local (she loves debating neighborhood merits and discovering hidden gems), though she has a soft spot for New York media gossip and Southern vacations.

Her work has appeared in Chicago magazine, Time Out Chicago magazine, Venus zine, and Chicago HOME magazine, among others.
