Chi-Town Shakti offers several classes daily, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Basics, Advanced Hatha, Pre/Post-Natal, Kids Yoga and Gentle formats. Led by Bhakti White, the classes are taught in Shambhava style, which focuses on safety, biomechanical alignment, personal exploration and a deep internal awareness. There are also community classes open to the public and offered on a "pay what you can" basis.
The Roger's Park yoga spot also offers 200-hour and advanced level (up to 500 hour) yoga teacher training.
